Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026.
What this site collects
Release notifications. If you sign up to be notified when the book is released, we store your email address (and first name, if you give one) for exactly that purpose: one email when The Beacon at Roswell is released. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email we send, and your address is never sold or shared for marketing.
Orders. When you preorder the book, payment is processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers. We keep what fulfilment needs: your name, email, shipping address, what you ordered, and the order’s status.
Contact messages. If you write through the contact form, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply.
Analytics. This site uses privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics (page views and actions such as “added to cart”). We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
What this site does not do
No selling of personal data. No advertising networks. No collection beyond what the purposes above require.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Their handling of your payment details is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from release notifications at any time, and you can ask us to delete your subscription, contact message, or personal details from an order (fulfilment and legal records permitting) by writing through the contact page.
Draft — this policy was prepared for launch and is pending legal review. It describes actual site behaviour but has not been reviewed by an attorney.
